The dishes range from grilled sardines in tempura to specialties such as Bottone di Manzo - cleverly filled ravioli on beef cheeks with peas, cream and herb oil - to Controfiletto alla Rossini with goose liver and spinach. This and other culinary arrangements can be served upon request at a special and selected location in the Eden Reserve park area. Accompanied by a selection of the excellent wines that the Eden Reserve's cellar contains and which perfectly accompany the menu. The evening is then elegantly rounded off with, for example, a Tiramisù 2.0, a special composition by chef Carasi.

“Simplicity is not trivial” is a motto of the young chef, who explicitly traces his passion for cooking to his grandmother. And his sophisticated culinary creations are in no way contradictory to this. The basis is always the “simple” Italian cuisine, which, as Carasi says, so many international guests at Eden Reserve also love. He belongs to the young generation of chefs around Lake Garda who are finding a new approach to fine cuisine that incorporates the roots of the regional cuisine. In addition to finding the best regional products for the dishes, Carasi also focuses on the optimal use of resources.
In one of the Chipperfield villas, the outdoor kitchen theme was also reinterpreted. On the villa's terrace under the stylish wooden pergola, up to eight people can sit for an extraordinary dinner. The beautiful view goes south over the lake, to the Isola del Garda and, as a picturesque horizon, to the shore opposite. At 26, the young chef has been cooking for a year in the Eden Reserve above Gardone Riviera on one of the most beautiful coastal regions of Lake Garda. He comes directly from the area and collected impressions from different regions of the world. From Desenzano del Garda, his job took him out into the world – and back again. He worked in restaurants in England, France and Cameroon. He calls his experiences there wonderful and inspiring for his work: “I only organized and prepared exclusive private dinners and dinners there.” These exclusive dinners led to a collaboration with the embassies of Italy, Russia and Turkey on culinary events, which soon also included the Hilton Hotel Yaounde.
